DN15 RF 3DS Stuff

First Up On the DN15: REGION FREE ON 3DS!

  So for my first bout of DN15 I decided to do some research on the meaning of Region Free on the 3DS. I've found that when selling games for the system, theu normally region lock it to prevent piracy. Of Course this doesnt stop the smart people from figuring out what really makes the Region lock work and removing it: Enter Region Free games. These games have been cracked open to be used on any 3ds with self-signing CFW!

DO NOW 15s

Ahhh the prospect of self directed learning, we have 15 minutes to do our own personal reseach about techy stuff were interested in. Now ive been mostly working on my project and everything I've learned I've incorporated into the aforementioned project. So this section is dedicated to learning about the project. So this new section is dedicated to my research that led to its application to my project. So prepare to be unamazed at my meager achievements and discoveries.

Weekly Reflection

Soooo what have i done this week hmmmm? well ive learned how event listeners in javascript works. This is to create controls that have an effect on the canvas and what it does. Ive also learned how to make rectangles, such as the paddle reflect hits by radius extension. Yay me.

Paddles gotta move

Well what with this Breakout game im making the paddle have to move. this was accomplished by adding an event listener for keyboard keys and programming the paddle to move in that direction. Check the code for the additions
